Israeli settler extremists plan to defiantly settle in Gaza

Israeli settlers in the illegally occupied territories continue to wreak havoc on the Palestinian residents, stealing their land, demolishing their homes, assaulting them on a daily basis, and stealing their live-stock. Protected by the IDF they slowly advance and encroach on Palestinian territory illegally. So far there are over 750,000 settlers in more than 250 settlements, all on illegal land and supported by the right-wing Israeli government, who have formed a coalition with extremist settlers like Itamar Ben-Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich. Danielle Weiss, a settler-leader and previous Mayor of Kedumim, an Israeli settlement situated in the West Bank has been outspoken on the aims and agenda of the settler community. They aim to re-occupy all the Illegally Occupied Territories including Gaza, by making the daily plight of the Palestinian people unbearable.

This by imposing a “humanitarian crisis” that will force the Palestinians to leave the Occupied Territories. Daniella’s parents both fought for the Lehi, an ultra-nationalist Jewish terrorist group – and she has been arrested on many occasions for inciting violence and assaulting police officers. In her own words; ”The world, especially the United States, thinks there is an option for a Palestinian state, and, if we continue to build communities, then we block the option for a Palestinian state. We want to close the option for a Palestinian state, and the world wants to leave the option open. It’s a very simple thing to understand.” – Danielle Weiss
