सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि न्यूज़ क्लिक के संपादक प्रबीर पुरकायस्थ को अवैध रुप से गिरफ्तार किया गया था। मोदी सरकार के दौर में पत्रकार होना और सही सवालों के साथ काम करना कितना ख़तरनाक हो सकता है इसके सौ उदाहरण दिए जा सकते हैं। लेकिन न्यूज़ क्लिक का मामला बताता है कि आप तक सही खबर न पहुंचे, आप अंधेरे में रहें, भेड़ों की भीड़ में बदल जाएं इसके लिए यह सरकार किसी भी हद तक जा सकती है। आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस खेल का एक और बार भांडा फोड़ दिया।
