NB: The rule of law has been replaced by the rule of ideology; moving the Indian Union toward totalitarian tyranny. The RSS is functioning as an extra-constitutional authority; a country within a country, answerable to no one but itself. When the accused can appoint themselves judges, it becomes a fixed match: even a child can see this as a violation of natural law: no man can preside over a matter in which he is himself an accused.
The simplest definition of totalitarian justice is this: when the judgement is known before the trial. Or to put it poetically: मेरा कातिल ही मेरा मुंसिफ़ है, क्या मेरे हक़ में फ़ैसला होगा. My murderer is the judge; will I get justice?
This is where our great patriotic government has brought our country. DS
